wow this looks like an amazing project. Bram do you think 1 Yonge Condos by Pinnacle Internationalwould be a good investment to flip? Is 1 Yonge condos offering assignment sales? Will we be able to sell before move-in of we want?

Meister I believe that 1 Yonge Condos by Pinnacle International will be a FANTASTIC investment! The location is a 10/10 and I'm expecting quality workmanship (consistent with past Pinnacle projects) as well as well thought out floor plans.

No word from the builder yet on price assignments etc., I'm expecting information in the coming weeks, though I am confident that assignments will be possible.
