My suggestion is not to wait for open houses. If you're considering making a move I'd be very happy to take you on private showings of homes that fit your budget and criteria. This way we are not rushed or inhibited in any way from seeing the entire home and it's features.
Many homes in the area sell in 7 days or less. It is very important to see homes as soon as they hit the market to ensure you have an opportunity to evaluate if it's the home for you and your family and if so offer to purchase.
